Once the booking request form has
been received, Futural s.l. will reply by e-mail, indicating the availability.
If the property is available for the interested party, the booking will be
processed and a bank transfer for 35% of the total due will be requested as a
deposit which will be paid into an account number provided by e-mail or phone.
The full amount due will be paid to Futural s.l. when the keys are handed over
once the property has been inspected and approved by the client.
The 35%deposit will be refunded to the client when the keys are collected by
Futural s.l. once the property has been checked.
1 – The properties are equipped with: air conditioning, hot water, colour
television, bed linen, cooking utensils, washing machine, kitchenware and fridge
in addition to the features shown in the property file.
2 – The terraced properties are located on the ground floor and do not have
communal areas.
3 - The number of persons, including children, occupying the property must not
exceed the maximum capacity indicated for each property.
4 – The client will vacate the property prior to 12 o’clock midday on the day of
departure otherwise the reservation will be extended for a further day.
5 – The price does not include daily cleaning.
6 – We will provide all the information and help you may require.
7 – Clients are requested to provide their own toiletries, such as soap and
towels.
8 – Property 3 is equipped with a centralized heating pump.
9 - Property 1 has a sun terrace.
10 - Warning! No pets are allowed in the properties.
11 – Payment of the Booking Fee and Deposit must be received within a period of
six days following the drawing up of the reservation contract. Otherwise the
reservation will be considered void.
12 – Once the Advance Deposit has been received, the reservation will be
confirmed by e-mail. The reservation will be maintained for the number of days
covered in the Deposit. If the client does not arrive within this period,
Futural sl. reserves the right to re-let the property. The deposit will not be
refunded for cancellations in the fortnight prior to the arrival date,
13 – Any breakages, loss of keys and remote controls or a lack of cleanliness
will be deducted from the Deposit.
